A Guide to Live      Music

How to Book

Sample CD

Toastmaster

Having explored our ‘Guide to Live Music’ and rambled through the pages on ‘Musicians’, contact us to take your enquiry a step further

We need only the following information initially:

  • Event date and venue
  • Type of music required
  • How long, and roughly what time, live music required
  • Your contact details

If you would like a copy of our sampler CD, we will send you one.

We will reserve you a musician/band/ensemble, give you a quote, and offer assistance until you are happy with the arrangement.

Your live music will be individually quoted, as fees differ between musicians.

Booking

  • Firstly we agree between ourselves what would suit you best
  • When you agree to book through us, Allegro Arts will post to you an invoice and contract. The invoice explains that a 50% deposit is due straight away to confirm your booking. On receipt of this payment, Allegro Arts sends you a Receipt and Confirmation letter – it gives the details of the booking, to ensure there are no misunderstandings. You need to return one copy of the contract, signed, with your deposit. This is as helpful to you as it is to us!
  • Your balance payment is due no later than 2 weeks before your event.
  • Our common-sense Terms and Conditions are printed on the contract.

Benefits to you

The benefit to you of booking through Allegro Arts is the peace of mind that you will have music for your event. Even if the artist(s) you book should be unable to attend through illness or accident, Allegro Arts has a full list of musicians, and given reasonable notice will be able to ensure music for your event.
